Religious Icons

Part one in a new series of bead embroidery pieces is "Allah" - the word for God in Islam. My thanks to Dr. Shaneela Malik for finding me an image that I could use, and to Drs. Lina Yassine and Fadi AlQaisi for helping me make certain that it's spelled correctly. I'm filling in the letters at this point.

Following this, I will have a cross, star of David and Ohm.

Who made the focal bead?? Help!

I think that this focal bead was part of our Bead Cruise gift last year, but I don't know for certain. I need help in identifying the artist so that credit can be given correctly.

p.s. Regarding the holidays....

....at 4:23 on November 3, 2007, I heard my first holiday song on the radio. This radio station is insane when it comes to holiday music - I believe starting Thanksgiving, it plays 24 hour holiday music The insane station!!

Just chop off my head and feed it to me for Thanksgiving. I will have to remember to take this one off my car radio presets.
